   up to date availability is stored in the pull-down menu "Plot Prices & Payment Details" below.
2. Enter your address, pay a 10% deposit, based on the cost of the plot. On this information
   the legal documents are prepared to transfer the land to you in your name.
   If you are ordering more than 1 plot, please place an order for each plot.
3. You or your solicitor will then receive the legal "Completion Pack" for you to sign off the documents,
   pay the remaining balance, the land is then transferred to you through the UK Land Registry office.
   The Land is now owed by you.
