   up to date availability is stored in the pull-down menu "Plot Prices & Payment Details" below.
2. Enter your personal details, pay a 10% deposit, based on the cost of the plot. On this information
   we prepare all the legal documents to transfer the land to you in your name.
   If you are ordering more than 1 plot, please place an order for each plot.
3. You or your solicitor will then receive the "Completion Pack" for you to sign off the documents, pay the
   remaining balance within 14 days, the land is then transferred to you though the UK Land Registry office.
   The Land is will now be owed by you.
